Important document written January 16, 1939, (three weeks before the death of Pius XI written by the the Holy Office (Doctrine of Faith), which was chaired by Card. Pacelli as Secretary of State. This is a statement condeming the heresies of the Magazine "In Defense of the Race" stating when it attacks Jews it attacks Christians and the Old and New Testament.
